How do I make a reservation?

To book any of our fully furnished apartments you can either:

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable $500.00 security deposit is required to reserve a suite. This security deposit is refunded after check-out.

When is the full payment due?

Full payment must be received 24 hours prior to the check-in date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, EMT and Cash. The credit cards must be in the name of the guest staying and must be presented at the time of check-in.

Are there any taxes?

There is a 13% HST on stays under 30 nights.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, we charge a one-time departure cleaning fee of $50.00.

Are there any other charges?

There are no additional charges unless notified in advance to our guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

100% security deposit is refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. No deposit is refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.

How do I check-in?

We will meet you in the building lobby to take you to your suite, hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Guests can check-in any time after 3:00 pm and must check-out by 11:00 am on the check-out day. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged with prior approval from the management.

What is the minimum length of stay in your suites?

The minimum length of stay at Maplewood Suites is 5 nights.

Do you have weekly and monthly rates?

Yes, we do have special weekly and monthly rates. Monthly rate are based on 30 days of occupancy. Please contact us to get a quote on our special weekly and monthly rates.

Is car parking available?

One reserved underground parking spot is included in the rent.

Do you provide linen?

Yes, freshly washed linen including bed sheets, pillow covers, duvets, blankets and towels are provided.

Do you provide soap and other consumables?

Yes, a starter pack including soap, shampoo, body gel, lotion, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing liquid and tablets are provided. The guests are responsible for their own consumables afterwards.

Is there a maid service?

Maid service can be arranged at a rate of $80.00 per service. Please note that our suites already have cleaning supplies, in case you need them.

Are pets welcome?

Unfortunately, we do not have any pet friendly suites at this time.
